  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods
  • Customized or personalized orders may require additional processing time
  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date provided at checkout
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment (not order date).

United States

Canada

  • Expedited Shipping: 15-25 business days (if available)

United Kingdom & Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 20-40 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 15-30 business days (if available)

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 20-40 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 15-30 business days (if available)

Brazil

  • Standard Shipping: 30-60 business days (due to strict customs clearance)

Other International Destinations

  • Standard Shipping: 20-45 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 15-35 business days (if available)

Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

5. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

  • Customs charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities
  • These fees are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost
  • You will be contacted by your local customs office or carrier to pay these fees
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

Customs Clearance

International shipments must clear customs in the destination country. This process:

  • May take 5-15 business days (or longer in some countries)
  • Is beyond our control and may cause delivery delays
  • May require additional documentation from you
  • May result in package return if customs requirements are not met

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information
  • Respond promptly to customs requests for information or payment
  • Comply with your country's import regulations
  • Pay all applicable customs duties and taxes

Restricted Countries

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to shipping restrictions or customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.

6. Delivery Issues

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • USA: Contact us after 45 days from shipment date
  • Brazil: Contact us after 110 days from shipment date
  • Other Countries: Contact us after 60 days from shipment date
  • Special Shipping Methods: Contact us after 100 days from shipment date

We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

Undelivered Packages

Packages may be undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or insufficient shipping address
  • No safe delivery location
  • Recipient unavailable for delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed at local post office
  • Failed customs clearance

Important: If tracking shows your package is at your local post office or delivery depot, you must pick it up within 3-7 days or it will be returned to sender. We are not responsible for packages returned due to non-pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will investigate
  • Damaged packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours
  • Package opening video: Required for all damage claims (see Return and Refund Policy)

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Address changes may be possible before shipment - contact us immediately
  • Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions:

  • Liquid products may have limited shipping options or longer delivery times
  • Large or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges
  • Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to import restrictions
  • Restrictions will be noted on product pages or at checkout

8. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may:

  • Ship in separate packages from different warehouses
  • Arrive at different times
  • Have different tracking numbers

You will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package.

9. Order Modifications

Once an order is placed:

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours
  • Order cancellations must be requested before processing (see Terms of Service)
  • We cannot guarantee modifications after order processing begins

10. Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holidays and peak shopping seasons:

  • Processing times may be extended by 3-7 business days
  • Carrier delays are more common
  • Customs clearance may take longer
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery

11. PO Boxes and Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes in most countries, but delivery times may be longer
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We ship to military addresses with extended delivery times (30-60 days)

12. Signature Requirements

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery:

  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation
  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice
  • You may need to pick up the package at a local facility or arrange redelivery

13. Insurance

Shipping insurance may be available for high-value orders. Insurance:

  • Protects against loss or damage during transit
  • May be automatically included for orders over a certain value
  • Can be added at checkout for additional protection
